At Goa Scuba Dive, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide seamless services, but we understand there may be times when a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
- If a booking is canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled activity.
- If the activity is canceled by Goa Scuba Dive due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather or safety concerns.
- In case of failure to deliver the service as promised due to operational issues.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 72 hours before the activity).
- No-shows or late arrivals resulting in missed activities.
- If a participant is unable to complete the activity due to personal reasons, including health issues, fear, or lack of adherence to safety instructions.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of the approved request.
- Payments made through online methods will be refunded back to the original payment method.
- For cash payments, refunds will be issued in person at our office.

5. Changes or Rescheduling

In rare situations, such as natural disasters or emergencies, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
